Display the content history in a table

Description

In Plone 2.5 the workflow history was displayed in a clear and clean table (see ok.jpg attachment). Now, in Plone3+ (see ok.jpg attachment), the content history that can contain workflow and versions histories is displayed as spans and is less useable, moreover when you have several (lets say 30) elements : as user login id, wf transition, ... are not aligned, it is too complicated to find an information...

Is there a need for this? I would do the work and what I propose is to display informations in a odd/even rowed table (like it was in Plone 2.5) and clearly show what is a transition, what is a version change in the history... (use icon? special color?)

Note that it seemed to work until Plone 3.2.x, and changed in Plone 3.3.something...
