Description
Reproduced on Plone 4.3.2 unified installer instance
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to folder_contents view (e.g. http://localhost:8080/Plone/folder_contents)
- Click on "Title" column to sort contents by sortable_title (or any other sortable heading)
- Use the left most column (draggingHook or arrows) to re-order some items
The issue:
Once sorted by anything but the default (getObjPositionInParent) the left most column should not be displayed as it indicates you can re-order the contents but it actually has no effect. If attempted the ordered item is actually coloured pinkish to indicate an error.
If the items cannot be reordered the ordering column should not be displayed.
I think it is plone.app.content.browser foldercontents.py or tableview.py that need to be updated to check the sort_order value.

In Plone 4.3.3, you can drag and drop one item, but it turns red, and then you can't drag and drop anymore. I think this is acceptable.
This is not an issue in Plone 5, as clicking on the column titles does not sort.
This ticket can probably be closed, but I'd like a second opinion.
